Clean Rooms and Good Location

Stayed here on a business trip and was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The staff was also accommodating to my requests for extra towels and toiletries. The location was convenient, close to the city center and other important sites. The free Wi-Fi was a plus as well. Overall a decent value for the amenities offered.

The confusion over payment for extra guests was frustrating and took longer than necessary to resolve. If more training was provided for the staff, I believe the overall experience could have been even better.

The hotel was really clean and tidy, which was great. Another good thing about it was that it was in a really central location, which meant that it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. the breakfast was also really yummy!

The staff weren't very friendly and didn't seem to know much about online bookings. We ended up having to pay for an extra person because they didn't include it in their system.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, transportation was easy to access due to the hotel's location. The breakfast served every morning was also satisfying. Finally, the staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

Located in a charming area, this hotel has quite a lot to offer. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. the bathrooms are spotless, with all the amenities one might need. the breakfast is sumptuous and catered to one's choice, and the staff is very accommodating. the hotel also has a fantastic spa and gym, perfect for relaxation and invigoration.

Some staff members need more training to understand the guests' requirements and handle online bookings more effectively.

Great location, clean rooms, good amenities, helpful travel adviser, prompt response to queries.
